Hardened Steel

Durable hardened Steel nozzles for your Volcano HotEnd. 3D printing with abrasives such as carbon fiber, glow-in-the-dark PLA or even filled filaments such as Woodfill all take their toll on brass nozzles. E3D’s Hardened Steel nozzles will resist wear and last a lifetime. Requires a HotEnd modified with a Volcano.

Plated Copper

Durable, non-stick, extremely high temperature performance Volcano nozzles. Take your your 3D printing to the next level by modifying your Volcano with these nozzles. Made from a unique copper alloy, they will not begin to soften or anneal below 500°C, and they are highly resistant to debris and burnt-on plastic thanks to their nickel coating.
